Your rug is prepared within 2–3 business days, then shipped with FedEx Express. Delivery is typically 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Can I return my rug?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending your rug back. Return shipping to Morocco is paid by the buyer unless the rug arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Return Policy for full details.
Are duties and taxes included?
Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.
How do I care for my rug?
Vacuum gently and regularly. For a deeper clean, use a professional rug cleaner and avoid harsh chemicals. Natural wool can shed slightly at first.
