RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident when choosing a one-of-a-kind Rahba rug. If your rug is not right for your space, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

14-day return window

Contact us at contact@rahbarugs.com within 14 days of receiving your rug. Please do not send the rug back before receiving return authorization and instructions from us.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the rug must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and securely repacked in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless the rug arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping to Morocco is paid by the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for the rug until it is delivered to the return address provided by our team.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us immediately if your rug arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong rug. Include clear photographs of the rug and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In an approved case, Rahba Rugs will cover the appropriate return or replacement costs.

Refunds

Once the returned rug has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Because every rug is one of a kind, we cannot guarantee that another piece will remain available. Contact us and we will be happy to help you choose an alternative. Any price difference will apply.

Vintage and handmade character

Many Rahba rugs are vintage or entirely handmade. Small variations in weave, color, shape, or signs of age are part of their authentic character and are shown as accurately as possible in the product photographs and description.
